Booking

Performers wishing to book PFS concerts should consider the following information before sending us an inquiry about a possible booking.

PFS presents twp Saturday night concert series season from September through May in the Greater Portland, with perhaps one or two extra concerts per year in that same time frame. One is in SE Portland and the other is in Beaverton.

Our concert season for  September 2025 to May 2026 is fully booked. Potential performers should contact booking@portlandfolkmusic.org as soon as possible for dates in our 2026-2027 season.

Performers are typically paid the larger of either a mutually agreed-upon guarantee or 70 percent of ticket sales less overhead expenses. We also request a two-week exclusive booking commitment within a 40-mile radius of Portland .
